PREPARE YOUR BODY
Preparing your body is essential in preparing your tennis game, do your utmost now to prepare your body to avoid injury in the season to come. Running, swimming and weight training are all usefull in getting your body ready for the season. Start running lightly to strengthen your legs before staring interval work specific for tennis fitness, get miles in those legs!
Swimming can help strengthen your arms and shoulders. If you have any nagging injuries then stay in the pool or in the gym on a bike or treadmill.
